What time is the Check-in and Check-Out?
Check-in (Arrival Day): Afternoon or as per availability with coordination with the Reservation team.
Checkout (Departure Day): 08:00 am or as per availability with coordination with the boat management.
What about special dietary needs?
If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires special food products like gluten-free products, please advise our Reservations Team or your Travel Agent at the time of booking.
Please note that we offer a wide variety of food, whether local authentic dishes or international cuisine, as well as different vegetarian and Vegan dishes upon request.
What are the things I can't bring onboard?
- Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of any kind: including water, soda, and juices.
- Unsealed food itemswill not be allowed on board.
- Animals of any kind.
Is there a doctor on board?
A doctor will be on call. If the cruise is docked, it may take up to 1 hour for the doctor to arrive on board. However, first responders are available onboard in case of emergencies.
Information about Currency and Payment
Most of the tourist establishments, hotels, and souvenir shops accept US dollars. We advise you to have local currency for tipping or for shopping.
The following credit cards are accepted on board: Visa, and MasterCard.
All charges on board are in Egyptian pounds. Guests can pay in US Dollars, Euros, or Sterling. But please note: any change will be compensated in Egyptian pounds.
Entertainment on board the cruise
Based on the entertainment program, you can enjoy a Discotheque night, Belly Dance Show, Galabia Party and Nubian Folkloric Show. You can always enjoy reading some of our library books, or ask the reception to give you playing cards and different board games.

Make sure to check the temperature before you travel to Luxor & Aswan.
Sometimes, especially while sailing, the internet & network coverage is not stable.
Smoking is only allowed on the Sundeck.
