What time is the Check-in and Check-Out?

Check-in (Arrival Day): Afternoon or as per availability with coordination with the Reservation team.

Checkout (Departure Day): 08:00 am or as per availability with coordination with the boat management.

What about special dietary needs?

If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, such as gluten-free products, please inform our Reservations Team or your Travel Agent when booking.

Please note that we offer a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, international cuisine, and vegetarian or vegan options upon request.

What are the things I can't bring onboard?

Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of any kind: including water, soda, and juices.

Unsealed food items will not be allowed on board.

Animals of any kind.

Is there a doctor on board?

A doctor is available on call. If the cruise is docked, it may take up to 1 hour for the doctor to arrive. First responders are onboard for emergencies.

Information about Currency and Payment

Most tourist establishments, hotels, and souvenir shops accept US dollars. We recommend having local currency for tipping or shopping.

Accepted Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard.

All charges onboard are in Egyptian pounds. Guests can pay in US Dollars, Euros, or Sterling, but any change will be given in Egyptian pounds.
